Suitable for Everyone

Just as you’d expect, the Instructors at Element’s provide high-quality, exciting, and effective sessions that are suitable for everyone. Classes range from a high energy Boxfit session to a more gentle Hatha Yoga. Whatever your needs, we’ve got you covered. Our classes are inclusive for everyone, although if you are a complete beginner, we recommend you begin your fitness journey with a more gentle class such as, Pilates or Yoga.

Our classes are intimate and have limited spaces so our instructors are able to ensure you perform exercises with correct technique, allowing you to get more from your sessions.

With stunning views and a supportive community, Element’s classes are the perfect environment to boost your mood, and achieve your health and well-being goals.

We also run open gym sessions if you would like to workout but not in a class. Perfect if you prefer less busy and quieter settings to train. Credits can be used to book open gym sessions.

Purchase a package by clicking the button below. Once you have your credit/s allocated, login to your PT Hub account and go to calendar. Click the icon in the bottom right corner and select ‘Elements Instructor’. Click the class/session you would like to book and scroll down to ‘book event’.

Once subscribing to a package, you will be allocated the relevant number of credits. You will have 4 weeks to use these credits as they will not roll over. You can use these on any classes over the 4 weeks.

Challenge your body to change your body. Bodyfit is a total body circuit-based workout that combines cardio and strength training intervals. This class will leave you feeling strong, energised and is sure to burn fat and calories.

Barre and Balance

Barre and Balance is a Ballet inspired, fun, toning based workout that with sculpt and tone your body. This class will help to improve your balance, strength, flexibility, mobility and posture.



Boxfit is a high energy cardio workout based on boxing training using gloves and pads. This class will help to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and assist with weight loss.

Body Sculpt

Build strength and improve muscle tone with this body conditioning-based workout. This class blends weighted resistance and bodyweight training to sculpt and tone your body.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a low impact modernised Pilates style workout. This class focused on improving muscle tone, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and posture. It will leave you feeling accomplished and relaxed.

Somatic Yoga Flow

Embark on a journey of serenity and self-discovery in this Somatic Flow Yoga class, where the focus lies on fluid movement and inner connection. Delve into a fluidly paced session designed to synchronize breath with movement, guiding you towards a deeper connection with your body and inner self.

Embrace the fluidity of each pose as you gracefully transition from one to the next, allowing the subtle nuances of sensation to guide your practice. With mindful attention to the present moment, you’ll cultivate a profound awareness of your body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

Drop-in at £10 per session

Air: 1 weekly session at £36 (£9.00 per session)

Water: 2 weekly sessions at £56 (£7.00 per session)

Earth: 3 weekly sessions at £72 (£6.00 per session)

Fire: unlimited sessions at: £90
All class packages include discounts to special events. Subscription payments are automatically taken every 4 weeks and you will allocated the relevant number of credits to book your classes and open gym sessions. Credits can be used at any time or any class or session throughout the 4 week period and do not roll over to the next period. There are no joining or cancellation fees but we do ask for 1 months notice when cancelling your package.

1-1 Personal Training

Individual session: at: £50

Block of 4 sessions £180 (£45 per session)

Block of 8 sessions £320 (£40 per session)

Monthly payment plans also available

All personal training plans include monthly health assessments, nutritional advice, a bespoke programme, free use of the bookable open gym facilities, and discounts to special events. Semi-private personal training is also available and is processed on a case-by-case basis.
