Meet the Owner

Annette Lavender

Annette Lavender

Annette always takes a whole-person approach to health and wellness to improve physical, social, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Exercise has always been part of Annette’s life. She developed her passion for it as a child which continued into adulthood. It was only natural that she then made a career out of it!

She has been working hard within the fitness industry for over 10 years now. During that time Annette has gained a first-class BSc in Sports Studies from the University of Essex, and an MSc in Chronic Disease Management from St. Mary’s University.

Over the years, she has become qualified in Level 2 Fitness Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, group indoor cycling, Zumba, and Fitness Pilates. And not wanting to stop there she also completed a level 3 in Beauty Therapy.

With her impressive credentials, Annette has landed positions within various gyms in East Anglia, Nuffield Health, and Bupa.

But now she wants to offer her expertise to anyone and everyone who wants to improve their lives through health, wellbeing, and beauty at Elements.
